April 16-17, 2018 the preparative session on Creation of Mission and Values of Cryoin Engineering Company was held as a part of the Organizational Council based on the organizational Adizes methodology, which sets the task, defines the team and monitors the fulfillment of tasks by the Synerteam team.

This is the next step after the Syndag diagnostics of the company, so the workshop teams were formed to deal with specific problems, points of improvement (PIP) that were identified during the company's diagnostics earlier.
